Better late than never, my absolute favorite collection from Paris Fashion Week. Christophe Decarnin blasted Prince at his show while classical strong shoulders, elaborately sequined minis and floorlength glitz & glam gowns covered the runway at his show. This collection goes to show that nobody can do it like Balmain. Fur, in a ridiculously fierce hue of fuchsia, makes an unforgettable appearance. Expect celebrities to be showcasing every piece faster than you can say "best-dressed list."

Chanel Rumor Control
Could the fabulous Karl Lagerfeld soon merely be an icon of Chanel history? The underground fashion rumor mill seems to think so. Photographer Tommy Ton recently sent the crowds abuzz with this recent twitter update: "I received news tonight that is going to SHAKE the fashion world in the next two days. CRAZY!!!! . . . I can't tell. I swore I'd zip the lip but I'll tell you my mouth nearly dropped to the ground when the news was whispered into my ear."
Stay tuned...
UPDATE: Tommy tweeted this afternoon: "Guessing game is over. My source and I are the victim of a good prank played by Mr. Tisci himself. He got us good :(" Guess it really was nothing?

Tommy At Paris Fashion Week
Photographer and fashion blogger Tommy Ton let loose on the busy streets of Paris this past week to capture moments during the hectic festivities and beautiful commotion.
Digging the light pink roses being toted around in the beige Chanel. I really love his work, he has one of the best eyes in fashion photography. Check out his blog, Jak&Jill, here. Congrats on your feature in Vogue Tommy!

Pretty in Pink
Taking strawberry blonde to a whole new level, the newest dye job trend is not for your typical wallflower. So tell me fashionistas, would you dare?

New Kenneth
Kenneth Jay Lane is my go-to for costume jewelry. His pieces are artistic but they definitely don't border on outlandish (like some costume designers tend to do). High quality statement pieces that can be easily paired with your everyday favorites. Some of his latest earrings...
Antique Drop Earrings ($154)
Disco Gypsy Earrings ($120)
Shadow Drop Earrings ($198)
Perfect LBD
Alexander Wang's take on the most necessary staple in every girl's wardrobe.
Ponte Dress with Criss Cross Back ($580)

More Megan
Because I adore her. Go on, hate her just like everyone else. I don't mind.

Dsquared² Fall 2010 RTW
Taking an extremely large (and a tad confusing) leap from their previous collections, Dan & Dean Caten created a "Frankenstein"-esque elaborate scene through which "vamp" like models strutted onto the runway and in front of the audience. Incredibly powerful, black & red garments donned by models with slicked back hair, blood red lips and giant black sunglasses sent a not so "subtle" message that could definitely not be ignored. Personally, I really loved the artistic collection as a whole but would have to agree that it does not coexist with the original feel of the brand, whatever it is that that feel might now be.

More Pucci, Please
By far one of the absolute best shows of the season, Pucci Ready to Wear 2010 captured the audience this week with a collection oozing with so many red carpet stunners that celeb stylists were literally falling off the edge of their seats. Favorite pieces were particularly difficult to single out since there were dozens of great looks. Sequined mini dresses, low sultry necklines, LBD's and a tailored rock & roll feel emanated from the pristine collection.
